ScoreEdge is operated by Swift Flows LLC. This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you use ScoreEdge at scoreedge.app.

2. Information We Collect

Account information

When you sign up, we collect your email address and name via Clerk (our authentication provider). You may optionally add a Telegram chat ID or phone number for SMS delivery.

Alert rules and preferences

We store the alert rules you create — sport, team, trigger type, and delivery channel — to power the service.

Payment information

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your credit card number or payment details. We store a Stripe customer ID to manage your subscription.

Usage data

We log alert delivery events (sent, failed, queued) to support the service and enforce plan limits. We may collect basic usage analytics (pages visited, errors) via server logs.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • To deliver sports alerts to your chosen channels
  • To enforce plan limits (free: 10 alerts/day, Pro: unlimited)
  • To manage your subscription and process billing
  • To send transactional emails (alert digests, account notices)
  • To improve and debug the service

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party providers to operate the service:

  • Clerk — authentication and user management
  • Stripe — payment processing and subscription billing
  • Resend — transactional email delivery
  • Telegram — instant alert delivery via bot
  • Supabase (PostgreSQL) — data storage

Each provider has its own privacy policy. We recommend reviewing their policies for details on how they handle your data.

5. Data Retention

Alert history is retained for 7 days (Free), 90 days (Pro), or 1 year (Elite). Account data is retained as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us at scoreedgeapp@gmail.com.

6. Security

We use industry-standard practices to protect your data, including encrypted connections (TLS), hashed credentials, and access-controlled databases. No system is perfectly secure; if you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately.

7. Children’s Privacy

ScoreEdge is not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has created an account, contact us and we will remove the data.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To exercise these rights, email scoreedgeapp@gmail.com. We will respond within 30 days.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of ScoreEdge after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
