1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of ScoreEdge, operated by Swift Flows LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use ScoreEdge.

2. Description of Service

ScoreEdge provides real-time sports alert delivery via Telegram, Email, and SMS. Alerts are intended to help users monitor in-game events relevant to their activity on prediction market platforms such as Kalshi and Polymarket. ScoreEdge is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or in partnership with Kalshi, Polymarket, or any sports league or data provider.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use ScoreEdge. By using the service you represent that you meet this requirement and that your use complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction, including any laws governing online prediction markets or sports wagering.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when registering. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Subscriptions and Billing

ScoreEdge offers a free tier and paid subscription plans (“Pro” and “Elite”). Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. You may cancel at any time from your dashboard; access continues through the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. Prices may change with 30 days’ notice.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use ScoreEdge for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or resell the service or its data
  • Share account credentials with others
  • Interfere with or disrupt the infrastructure of the service
  • Use automated tools to abuse delivery channels (Telegram, Email, SMS)

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

ScoreEdge is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that alerts will be delivered within any specific time, that data will be accurate or complete, or that the service will be uninterrupted. Sports data is sourced from third-party APIs and may contain errors or delays.

ScoreEdge does not provide financial, investment, or gambling advice. Any trading decisions you make on prediction markets are solely your own. Past alert performance does not guarantee future results.

Where ScoreEdge alerts include win probability estimates or similar figures, these are purely statistical estimates derived from a simple mathematical model using observable game data (such as score margin and time remaining). They are not predictions, guarantees, or professional assessments of any outcome. The model has not been independently validated and may be materially inaccurate. You should not rely on these figures as the basis for any financial decision. Always exercise independent judgment.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Swift Flows LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, lost trades, or missed market opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use ScoreEdge, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and software associated with ScoreEdge is the property of Swift Flows LLC or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the service without prior written permission.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. You may delete your account at any time from your dashboard settings.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Michigan.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of ScoreEdge after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
